Curt Cream is a passionate DJ. Already at the age of 14 Curt Cream, whose real name is Thorsten Rebhan got into electronic music. Since then his mixes is making people dance, nationally as well as internationally. From Thailands Koh Phangas full moon party to main Bavarian Clubs. His unique sound is catching on.

In the early 1990s his journey began at a youth club in Baiersdorf, a suburban town of Erlangen in Germany. As many fresh kids in the scene, he started by playing out house music but has been continuously looking for inspiration and new techniques to enhance his personal style. Being a residential DJ at Franconia’s oldest Techno-Club “Market” he had the chance to meet leading DJs like Kenny Larkin, Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Frank Lorber or Pascal F.E.O.S. and many more. Those experiences shaped him in an inspirational way, to find his own individual style.

Even at the Loveparade, the world biggest Electonic Party, he could share his unique Curt Cream Sound. While he was playing on a moving Truck driving through the streets of Berlin, people danced intensively. And in his native region, Nuernberg, he became a well- established House-, Techno- and Minimal-DJ and Producer.

Since the digital revolution in the DJ-Szene, Curt Cream can freely express his musical creativity by using latest technology. He himself describes his special style as “impulsive”.

One thing is for certain: Wherever Curt Cream is playing out; he helps people escaping from their treadmill to fully indulge / enjoy his music. Elecronical music is his greatest passion and requires a sense of perfection. Therefore he is also know for his experience in the field of event-planning and -realization.

After featuring Maximilian Staub – “Oblique Marine EP” release at Radio Gold House Music Phileas Funk kindly presents his new compilation of quality house beats to Nuwax.
Phileas Funk is a Portuguese-born French Dj, born in 1982, Lyon. Naturally a music lover since childhood, he discovers House Music at the beginning of the 90′s through some rare programs on the French FM radio, he was a little schoolboy different than others. With a modest record collection, he starts to play music in 1997. He spent 15 years producing various radio shows in his city, responding to invitations from Dj’s of clubs, private parties and events, and also to organize parties with limited success because of the hard-to-succeed city of Lyon… Anyway he was distinguished by his peers as a true musical pioneer and explorer, as evidenced by his collection of white labels, Cdr’s and files which he carries daily. Actually he is resident on Gold House Music Radio, based in Palma de Mallorca – Spain, and his program “The After Show” quickly became one of the most hearded show of the station. His flair sharpens and his tracklists are increasingly marginalized, he still one of rarest European to keep an ear all around the world on a variety of young aspiring artists. Phileas Funk also spent on the last years to perfect himself as a producer, he counts on 2012 to finally unveil his highly anticipated first projects.

After remixing Toreador, Maximilian Staub returns to Nuwax with a banging EP. The opening track “Rooms & Doors” takes you on a trip through a long hallway filled with percussion driven minimalistic journey. Sergio Marini’s remix of Rooms & Doors takes it even deeper with a slower but heavier version. The title track “Oblique Marine” is already receiving huge support from DJs all over the world, and the reason is – it’s a bomb! The last track on this EP is a crowd pleaser “Chaos Modus”.
