For reasons that should be painfully obvious, I have desired more of this material for years. I bought some the moment I saw it, as well as made a huge circle skirt, which I have modified at least a couple of times. however it’s quilting cotton, which means it’s not particularly sturdy, as well as the skirt was beginning to look a bit sad. Which made me more than a bit sad. (That’s one of the downsides of stitching — even if something you make costs less than the $20 throwaway product from H&M or Target, it costs more in time as well as emotional investment, so you get madder when it uses out/rips/gets spilled on.)
And unfortunately, with fabric, even if you understand the manufacturer’s name as well as the material name, you can’t depend on the seller understanding either of those pieces of information. So the only thing you can do is hit eBay at routine intervals as well as believe “if I didn’t understand anything about this fabric, exactly how would I explain it?”
Which is what I did, as well as now four lawns are on their merry method to me. Woo! With a benefit Hoo!
Do I understand what I will sew with this yet? Not especially. however I understand I will like it as well as hug it as well as capture it as well as phone call it George.
